Terms and Conditions

Participation in the sweepstake (“promotion”) is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The promotion is being run by
K+R GmbH (Mastercard Promotion Office),
Hauptstraße 81-85,
65760 Eschborn (“K+R” or “organizer”).
The promotion will run from 01.09.2025, 00:00 CEST, to 31.12.2025, 23:59 CET (promotion period and period for eligible, so-called “qualified payments”).
The requirements for participation are:
1. Registration during the promotion period at www.mc-pay-win.com with the relevant mandatory information (first and last name, email address). By clicking on the “Submit” button, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of participation and the privacy policy.
2. At least one payment (online/in-app payment or payment in a brick-and-mortar store) with Mastercard during the promotional period (“qualified payment”). All transactions or purchases on gambling or betting sites, bets on horse or dog races, cash withdrawals, money transfers, and banking services (e.g., account transfers) are not counted as qualifying payments.
Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Mastercard payment card (including digital).
Employees of K+R (the “Organizer”), Mastercard, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its representatives, and their immediate family members, as well as all other persons professionally involved in this campaign, are excluded from participation.
Among the participants who register at www.mc-pay-win.com during the promotional period (September 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025) and who have fulfilled the requirements described in the terms and conditions of participation, three Lufthansa flight vouchers worth €1.000 each will be raffled off each month during the promotional period. The monthly winners will be determined by lottery at the beginning of October, November, December 2025, and January 2026. Participants will only be entered into the draw in the month following their registration for the promotion.
A further requirement for participation in the draw is that the participant has made at least one qualifying payment in the respective month. If no qualifying payment has been made in a month, the participant will not be entered into the prize draw held in the following month.
The winners will be notified by email (info@mc-pay-win.com) by K+R (“Mastercard Promotion Office”) shortly after the prize draw. The winners will be contacted a maximum of twice within six days of the draw and informed of their prize. If a participant has not accepted the prize and submitted valid Mastercard payment proof within the specified period, the claim to the prize shall lapse and a new winner shall be determined. It is therefore recommended that you regularly check your email inbox and spam folder so that you do not miss any prize notifications that may have accidentally ended up in your spam folder.
The declaration of consent to participate in the promotion can be revoked at any time by emailing info@mc-pay-win.com. To do so, the email address used by the participant to register for the promotion must be provided. As a result, the participant will no longer take part in the promotion. This participant's personal data will be deleted.
Cardholders who do not provide correct information when registering for the promotion, or those who register on behalf of another person, will be excluded from the promotion. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for participation. Participants who do not comply with these terms and conditions of participation even after receiving a warning may be excluded from participation. In the event of serious violations, exclusion may occur without prior warning. The cardholder will be informed of the exclusion in advance.
Numerous factors beyond the control of the organizer may affect the operation of the website. The organizer therefore does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the mc-pay-win.com website.
The organizer and other third parties cannot be held responsible if participants provide incorrect information and this affects the implementation of the promotion.
Only one prize per participant is possible. Once a registered participant has been drawn as a winner, they are excluded from further prize draws.
Multiple participations are excluded. Each participant may only register once for the promotion. Registrations with different e-mail addresses, cards or other data intended to enable multiple participations are not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude such participants from the promotion.
Participation in the promotion is voluntary.
There is no obligation to accept a prize.
In the event of a win, the organizer will verify compliance with the conditions of participation. Participants must submit, among other things, the payment receipt or clear proof from the card statement/bank statement. Any information on the receipt that is not required as proof of payment may be obscured.
The vouchers will be processed directly between the winners and the Mastercard promotion office and sent to the respective winners by email after successful proof of payment.
The organizer has no control over the Internet or communication networks and is not liable for problems arising from technical malfunctions or other reasons, unless they are attributable to the organizer. The same applies to damages resulting from fraud by third parties and to events beyond the organizer's control, including, but not limited to, damages caused by user error and network, computer, hardware, or software errors of any kind that may restrict, delay, or prevent participants from participating.
The transfer of the voucher to third parties or any other sale (including in online auctions) as well as the cash redemption of the voucher are excluded.
The organizer's liability is excluded except in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations and injury to life, limb, and health. Any liability for guarantees given, due to fraudulent intent, and for claims under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. The organizer is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). A cardinal obligation is an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for the contest to take place and on whose fulfillment the participant can therefore regularly rely. This liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. The organizer is not liable for late receipt of the registration caused by influences beyond the organizer's control, whether due to technical problems, computer malfunctions, or errors. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
The prizes consist solely of the Lufthansa flight vouchers mentioned above. Any defects that may arise can therefore only be claimed against the Lufthansa Group.
The collected data will be deleted no later than 4 weeks (February 2026) after the end of the promotion.
The organizer reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotion at any time and without giving reasons if its proper execution can no longer be guaranteed due to factual or legal obstacles.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
